Structural steel plan, plumbing schematic, county permit filing, and HOA submittal. We handle the paperwork so you don't chase it.

Construction
Excavation, structural steel (rebar every 8"), plumbing pressure test, gunite shell, tile, coping, deck, and plaster. The owner is on-site at every phase — always.

Fill, Start-Up & Walk-Through
Water fill, chemical start-up, and a hands-on walk-through of your equipment, timers, and maintenance schedule. Then it's yours.
